Sanford J. Slobin is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Texas, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Claims, the Tax Court of the United States, and various Federal Courts of Appeal.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association.  His areas of practice include the representation of owners, investors and developers of commercial and residential real estate, the negotiation of loan and security documents, the drafting of defeasance documents, mezzanine loans, loan workouts, loan restructurings and conduit financing.  He also handles development, financing, sales, as well as tax credits, bond financing various Municipal Utility District issues and related transactions.

Lester H. Slobin is a 1973 graduate of South Texas College of Law. He is licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, 5th and 11th Circuits, the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association and the Real Estate Section of the Houston Bar Association. His areas of practice include expertise in business and commercial real estate transactions, representation of developers of residential and commercial real estate, bankruptcy matters, collection issues, and commercial lending. He also has expertise in family law matters, divorces, custody disputes, complicated property divisions, litigation involving family relationships, guardianship issues, parental rights matters, the drafting of will and powers of attorneys, the drafting of marital agreements, and he is a Mediator.

Brett L. Slobin obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a 2000 graduate of South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Real Estate Section of the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. His areas of practice include, but are not limited to business and commercial real estate transactions, and the representation of townhome, luxury home, apartment project, and shopping/retail center developers.  He also supervises loan transactions, entity formations, and general business law issues.
