Lester H. Slobin is a 1973 graduate of South Texas College of Law. He is licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, 5th and 11th Circuits, the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association and the Real Estate Section of the Houston Bar Association. His areas of practice include business and commercial real estate transactions, representation of developers of residential and commercial real estate, bankruptcy matters, collection issues, and commercial lending. He is also handles family law matters, divorces, custody disputes, complicated property divisions, litigation involving family relationships, guardianship issues, parental rights matters, the drafting of wills and powers of attorneys, the drafting of marital agreements, and he is a mediator.
